The IT Help Desk staff provide assistance with computer accounts, registering devices on the campus network, and basic technical issues. They will also refer tickets to IT technical staff for all technical issues including support and training for mediated classrooms and specialized educational technology. The IT Help Desk cannot fix hardware issues on personal computers but will provide recommendations.
